ICARE fellows will be required to work year-round as research post-baccalaureates devoting approximately 75% of their time to research and broadening their knowledge with the other 25% of their time for further professional development, career coaching, and programmatic commitments.

Assistance through the Bootcamp Skill Building Series for grad school and medical school applications, and personal statements.
Professional development:
The ICARE program will facilitate monthly professional development opportunities for its fellows including career coaching and advice on graduate school applications.
