ICARE fellows will be required to work as research post-baccalaureates devoting 9 months (75% full time effort). The remaining 3 months (25% full time effort) will be for further professional development, career coaching, and programmatic commitments.

Travel and supply funds: up to $3,000 per year per ICARE fellow

Funds are allocated for research supplies or to travel to a scientific meeting to present your research, network with students and faculty from other institutions, and serve as ambassadors for ICARE with your peers.
